Elenita Properties Ltd is a Scottish property company with a straightforward ambition: to acquire and steward a considered portfolio of residential rental properties across Scotland — well-chosen, well-maintained, and held for the long term.

We believe that property, managed with genuine care, is one of the more reliable things you can pass on. We take our responsibilities to our tenants seriously and our timelines seriously too. We are not in a particular hurry. We simply intend to still be here in a hundred years.
